WB Games Montreal has released a 13-minute gameplay for Gotham Knights, an open world RPG inspired by DC artwork. In the content shared by the company, the main ones – as promised – were Nightwing and Red Hood.
To explain how the gameplay will work, Geoff Elender, the game director, tells the main aspects of the title while showing combat and search scenes. Check:
At Gotham Knights, Nightwing uses a glider to watch the city from above. To enter into a fight, the hero uses his hook to approach opponents and use his acrobatic blow.
The movement with Little Red Riding Hood is slightly different thanks to his mystical leap. More focused on remote combat with his pistols, he vigilantly uses his abilities to inflict damage and complete his targets.
The Gotham Knights will have a mechanic who will reward players when they manage to avoid hitting an enemy. Thus, your unique skills will be activated faster as the line fill is accelerated while performing certain actions in battle.
Gotham City presents various situations while exploring it. In one of the moments shown on WB Games, Red Hood uses a motorcycle to chase a van full of evil spirits.
Another feature available to players will be fast travel. During discoveries in Gotham districts, it will be published at certain points of interest.
Gotham Knights: Heroes will have a reason to hone their skills
Gotham Knights RPG elements were also featured live on this Tuesday (10). Heroes who still suffer in the absence of Batman will have a base to upgrade equipment.
To improve these elements they must complete a quest and collect resources. Each weapon will affect the character attributes. In this way it will be possible to develop strategies with respect to the atrocities that plague the citizens of Gotham.
So when you return to BatFamily, you will come out even stronger to fight the dangers on the streets. Did you like the gameplay?
