Gungrave GORE gets a new trailer and release date, with the game arriving in November

The game will be released for PC and PlayStation and Xbox consoles

Gungrave GORE, a title developed by Iggymob Studio and distributed by Prime Matter, has received a new trailer. Character, hero and villain reveals, with cinematics and gameplay snippets, plus release date: November 22nd. The title is coming to PC and PlayStation and Xbox consoles.

The Gungrave franchise started on the PlayStation 2 two decades ago. In 2004, the sequel Gungrave: Overdose also came to the Sony console at that time. The franchise is back after 14 years with the Gungrave VR virtual reality experience and now Gungrave GORE.

“In Gungrave GORE, control the daring anti-hero of your dreams to destroy countless enemies with a macabre dance of bullets and experience a story of revenge, love and loyalty, all in a stunningly beautiful third-person action shooter that combines the best of Eastern and Western games.”

As this and other trailers have already revealed, the title features a horror game with plenty of action that includes several enemies on screen being destroyed by the endless ammo of Cerberus’ pistols, in addition to a transforming war coffin with Dante-style combos.

The game will have a setting based on a real-life location in Southeast Asia, but with a “grim and futuristic feel” reminiscent of the recently released indie Loopmancer. According to the game’s Steam description, Gungrave GORE will offer over 12 hours of gameplay “and is designed for both Gungrave fans and newcomers to the series.” Are you going to play on PC?
