IGN (9/10)

“Cuphead: The Delicious Last Course is the perfect farewell game that embodies the phrase ‘unique’. Experienced players will likely breeze through the King of Games’ six optional bosses and mini-bosses in just a few hours, but the quality of those hours far outweighs the quantity.”

GameSpot (9/10)

“Head of the Cup: The delicious last course is worth the long wait. Mr. Chalice offers players a whole new way to approach each boss, and each new boss fight is an imaginative triumph, both visually and in terms of gameplay. Cuphead: The Delicious Last Course adds more of a cherry on top; It tweaks the recipe to create a game that tastes better than before.”

Destructoid (9/10)

All these years later, there’s still nothing quite like Cuphead. I wish we had more than a few hours of content, but the enhanced nature of The Delicious Last Course on the original game means it will have an impact on everyone. If you hated the game before, the DLC won’t do much to change your mind. . If you loved it, you should probably buy it right away.”

Game Informer (8.75/10)

“Delicious Last Course” puts our fun drink containers on a high note. It offers a fun final test of your skills while updating the original adventure, giving players a fun new character. At the end of the day, it’s more Cuphead, but I had a lot of fun revisiting Studio MDHR’s beautiful animated world, testing my strength against its villains, and feeling the triumph of Fist again.

TheGamer (4/5)

“A delicious last course is perfect. Hardcore fans will love the addition of new bosses, a new playable character, and a surprising amount of content that manages to excite despite its relative familiarity. I’ll admit that returning to Cuphead after so long meant I had to kick my ass a few times before finding my rhythm again, but once everything clicked, the magic returned and I couldn’t stop until all the bosses were gone. . “

“If you’ve been desperate for more Cuphead, this is probably the last new content you’ll see. Luckily, it’s one hell of an encore for Cuphead, Mugman, and now, Ms. Chacheli”.
