Cult of the Lamb costs twice as much on PlayStation

There is no doubt about it Cult of the Lamb It’s one of the most anticipated games of the second half of 2022, but the game’s price difference between platforms has scared many people off this week. To give you an idea, the game can be pre-ordered for R$64.95 on Steam and Nintendo Switch eShop, but the price is higher on Xbox and costs twice as much on PlayStation.

You’ll have to pay BRL 92.45 to buy the title on Xbox One or Xbox Series, while the PS4 and PS5 versions are even more expensive, at BRL 133.90 on the console’s Brazilian store. Basically, anyone who owns one of Sony’s devices has to pay twice the price of someone with a PC or Switch, and R$41 more than an Xbox owner.

While it’s normal to see console games in Brazil cost more than the PC version, that’s clearly not the case here.
